Patti Glass spent two decades in the family office sector, leading international corporate affairs and communications strategy for one of the world's largest private property groups.

There she learned that a company's biggest opportunity for sustained growth and greater perceived worth rests in the gap between how much its reputation is valued and how well it is managed.

Through GLASSCRAFT, Patti now works with select companies across sectors to close that gap. She offers strategic counsel, communications plan design and hands-on execution, helping leadership teams define, protect and steward their reputation with every stakeholder group. Clients value her ability to cast a clear vision and see the blind spots others miss. With a keen eye for risk, she brings diverse perspectives together and guides teams to consensus.

"Most companies value their reputation more than they actively manage it. That gap is where the growth is. I created GLASSCRAFT to close it by bringing your story into focus, so the people who matter most see you clearly."

~ Patti Glass

Beyond GLASSCRAFT, Patti serves on the Board of Arts Umbrella and on the Urban Land Institute's Executive Committee, where she works closely with its Women's Leadership Initiative. She was instrumental in establishing the Robert Glass Legacy Fund, which supports the Stroke Program at Vancouver General Hospital, and has served on the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation's Leaders Council since 2019.

She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto and achieved her ICD.D designation through the Rotman Directors Education Program. Her work has earned wide recognition: the Urban Land Institute of BC named her Outstanding Leader in 2020, and in 2024 Business in Vancouver named her one of the six most influential women in British Columbia.
